Hi, I’m Dan — a chef and qualified nutritionist (BSc) with over a decade of experience helping people live healthier through food and lifestyle.
Why I Started
I know how hard it is to eat well when life gets busy. Planning, cooking, and making meals that are both healthy and enjoyable can feel impossible. That’s why I started Sankaku Nutrition: to combine my background in nutrition with my love of cooking and make healthy eating simple, realistic, and delicious.
My Work in Tokyo
For the past three years, I’ve been cooking for families and professionals in Tokyo — and the results have been inspiring. Clients have lost weight, lowered cholesterol, and even seen their kids happily eat more vegetables (a big win in any household!). Families tell me my meals bring them back to the dinner table. Professionals say they finally have the energy for the gym or evening walks. Some even credit better nutrition with fueling their business growth.
What Drives Me
